BadgerFrac® set the standard for quality, consistency, and conductivity for natural proppants. BMC’s Frac Team supplies the oil and gas industry with “Northern White” industrial sand (“frac sand” when used in oil and gas production) from our three production facilities in Wisconsin. Processed from the Wonewoc and St Peter sandstone formations, our products are renowned for their exceptional strength and particle segregation. Products range in particle sizes from 12/20 to 50/140. Material is available for delivery by rail direct from the mine site or through our extensive North American distribution network.
Badger Mining Corporation’s (BMC) Atlas line of BadgerCoated® proppants is specifically designed to outperform the competition in any set of downhole conditions. BMC utilizes Badger®Sand exclusively as the foundation of our coated products ensuring that our products are not only the highest performing products on the market, but also the most consistent. Our Atlas CRC-E, CRC-C, CRC-LT, and CRC-One product lines consistently develop the bond strength needed to prevent proppant flowback and our Atlas PRC and PRC-P lines of precured products are formulated to withstand the most extreme environments. Our newest product, Badger Tundra™, is a first of its kind, activator-free, low-temperature resin coated Northern White sand that works in conditions as low as 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
Simply put: Better Sand + Better Chemistry = Better Proppants.
TURBOprop™ utilizes a patented surface modification technology, which creates an attraction to gaseous phases present in the fluid. The result is a fluidized proppant that flows further, and allows for increased proppant concentration – all without the need for increased fluid viscosity.
